At Artera Home, we want you to love your handcrafted pieces; however, if you are not completely satisfied, you may return your items within 30 days of delivery. All returned products must be in their original condition and packaging to be eligible for a full refund.

  Ship It Back

  Affix the provided shipping label or use your preferred carrier to send the items back to our distribution center.

  Receive Your Refund

  Once our team inspects the returned goods, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
